Matthew 13:31
“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and
becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.”
As a farmer’s wife, planting seeds is something I’m quite familiar with. In order to yield a harvest, one must invest time and effort into preparing the soil, planting the seeds, and praying the Lord sends rain to mature them.
Inspirational writing is much the same. First, I ready my heart to hear the message the Lord has for me to share, I then weave that message into the story, and pray He engrains it into the hearts and minds of readers.
Writing is more than something I love to do. Being a writer is something the Lord designed me to do for His glory.
If God can use what I write to bless someone this day, my time has been well spent.
As you navigate these pages, I pray you will experience encouragement from the Lord.
